- 150 GR DI ALBUMI ( SONO 4 UOVA MEDIE)
- 4 GR DI LIEVITO PER DOLCI
- 1/2 BACCA DI VANIGLIA ( IO VANILLINA)
- MONTARE IL BURRO CON METÀ DELLO ZUCCHERO E LA VANILLINA
- AGGIUNGERE I TUORLI MONTANDO
- IN UNA CIOTOLA MISCELARE TUTTE LE POLVERI
- A PARTE MONTARE A NEVE GLI ALBUMI CON IL RESTO DELLO ZUCCHERO
- EMULSIONARE CON UNA MARISA I DUE COMPOSTI E UNIRE LE POLVERI
- VERSARE IL PREPARATO IN UNA TORTIERA DA 22 FODERATA CON CARTA DA FORNO
- INFORNARE A 160° PER CIRCA 35 MINUTI FARE PROVA STECCHINO
- SFORNARE ,RAFFREDDARE E DECORARE CON ZUCCHERO A VELO
